AMEN!

Pastor Doug

John Maxwell says that leaders are dealers in hope. What greater hope can there be than hope in God?

Rev. Charles T. Dudley, Sr.

Awesome and so right. It is so easy to work so hard believing that we are the only key to our success, but we still need to have balance. Faith plus our works produces the fruit. There are, of course, the times we need to put our hands to the plow, and then there are the times we need to rest and rejuvenate. Even for an hour a day, or a day a week. We need time with Father God, for a word from heaven - we need family time, fun time, and time in God's Word and in prayer. Finally, I think that part of supernatural leadership is staying plugged in, under a spiritual covering - and then serving those whom you are leading, adding value to their lives. This post really helps me remember the long term vision and goals of our work, and keeping our balance in our vocation. We are blessed to be a blessing! Thanks Pastor Eddie.

I like the sound of that. We are attractive to the favor of God. Like a magnet.
